Episodes will feature conversations with individuals who have lived experience, professionals, advocates, and community members who can help broaden our understanding of neurodivergent minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The program is about asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and creating a welcoming space for honest discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">NeuroSparx celebrates the idea that there is no single &#8220;normal&#8221; way for the human brain to work. Neurodiversity recognizes natural variations in thinking, learning, attention, communication, and perception. Through respectful conversations and personal stories, the program aims to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and highlight the strengths and challenges that different people experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you identify as neurodivergent, know someone who is, or are simply curious to learn more, NeuroSparx invites everyone into the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Relevant organizations and resources will vary depending on each episode. Links to guest organizations, research, and community resources will be shared whenever appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We would love to hear what topics have been meaningful to you, what questions you&#8217;d like explored in more detail, and whether any conversations have helped you better understand yourself or someone in your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To access present and past programs, please click on the&nbsp;<strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Listen\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button on the main menu at the top of the page and choose the&nbsp;<strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>On Demand\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;option.
